Winning is not about headlines and hardware [medals]. It's only about attitude. A winner is a person who goes out today and every day and attempts to be the best runner and best person they can be! Winning is about struggle and effort and optimism, and never, ever, ever giving up.

Getting up to date!

What a fun way to let everyone know how our family is doing! I have joked with many of you how sometimes living in Eagle Mountain I can feel like we are "out of the loop". This will give me a way to let all of you know what we are up to, since we don't see our family as much as we would like.

We have been in our home in Eagle Mountain for about 13 months now and are loving every moment of it! Our children have lots of friends that they are able to play with and we are so blessed to live by some great neighbors! It is awesome having the mountain view out every window in our home! It makes us want summer to hurry and get here so we can go camping. Liza likes to look for deer on the mountain side, but unfortunately we have not seen too many.

Aaron is still working at IMFT in Lehi. His tasks go beyond HVAC, but he enjoys being able to get some additional on-the-job training in new areas. He works hard and usually comes home with some weird stories to tell the girls! They love their daddy and are always so happy to see him come home! Caidin is turning into quite the daddy's boy too!!

I enjoy being able to stay at home with the kids. It is so fun to see them change a little bit each day. We are all just getting over some nasty colds, but the days are getting warmer. I love being able to be home with my kids and see them as they learn new things and discover the world around them. It is so much fun to see them interact with each other, Caidin is starting to really show an interest in being a part of what his sisters are doing! They all play really well together and it is so fun!

Hopefully brings us up to date. It will be fun to be able to share the news of our family with everyone at the touch of a button! I guess we'll see how well I do at keeping the blog up. I will do my best!
