Winning is not about headlines and hardware [medals]. It's only about attitude. A winner is a person who goes out today and every day and attempts to be the best runner and best person they can be! Winning is about struggle and effort and optimism, and never, ever, ever giving up.

One night down!
Being brave Aaron decided to let both the girls sleep in panties last night. I was a little skeptical, thinking there was no way they would keep them dry overnight. Anyway, I got up and put them both on the toilet sometime during the 12 o'clock hour, they both went pee and got back into bed. Again, during the 3 o'clock hour I put them both on the toilet and this time only Eliza went pee. They got back in bed. When Eliza woke up this morning, her panties were dry and I was so excited. When I went into their room to see if Kilee was awake, I discovered she too was dry!!! I was so excited. Hopefully, we can keep this up....I have noticed they are a little more whiny today than usual.....that might be because their sleep was disturbed. Maybe over time I can make the time between putting them on the toilet greater, thus eventually having them go all night without needing to use the bathroom. I don't know if this will work, but I have no idea how to get them to stay dry overnight so I am going to try anything I can think of. Since I am awake periodically through the night anyway, it is not too much more to go into their room and get them on the toilet. We'll see, I guess.
