Winning is not about headlines and hardware [medals]. It's only about attitude. A winner is a person who goes out today and every day and attempts to be the best runner and best person they can be! Winning is about struggle and effort and optimism, and never, ever, ever giving up.

First Nursing Cover

Kilee's Sunbeam teacher is having a baby in December and Kilee wanted to make something for her.  Kim let me know she wanted a nursing cover, she showed me the one she wanted online and so I proceeded to try and make her one.  I thought it would be fun to try and make a reversible one, so I took a look at the tutorial and then tweaked it here and there to have it work for a reversible cover.  I don't know if Saturday was just an all over emotional day for me or something, but when I finished I was so worried and second guessing myself for even trying to sew something for someone who is an amazing seamstress herself....I figured she would take one look at it and see everything that is wrong with it and maybe not even use it at all.  Yeah, I was feeling a little sorry for myself I guess.  Kilee is so excited to give it to her and hopefully Kim will like it.
