Winning is not about headlines and hardware [medals]. It's only about attitude. A winner is a person who goes out today and every day and attempts to be the best runner and best person they can be! Winning is about struggle and effort and optimism, and never, ever, ever giving up.

How they grow!
The other night as Aaron and I were giving the kids their baths, I thought it was so funny to see how our kids grow each more each day, but we don't realize how big they get until we add a new baby to the picture. Before Marshall, Caidin was our baby and even though he is big, I didn't realize just how big he is until we put him down next to Marshall. I thought it was pretty funny, so I took a picture to share!

And Marshall isn't your small, 6 pound baby either! Wow, they do grow fast, that is sure. Too fun. I hope that all is well and that you are surviving your first weeks with four!
I love you!
Wow. I didn't believe my mom when she said Evan would grow 3 feet when the new baby came but I'm feeling that way too. Evan seems so big next to Dean. Glad you are doing well. We'll have to do lunch one of these days.
