Winning is not about headlines and hardware [medals]. It's only about attitude. A winner is a person who goes out today and every day and attempts to be the best runner and best person they can be! Winning is about struggle and effort and optimism, and never, ever, ever giving up.

Life.....Crazy

I am sorry I have not kept up on our blog as well as before. I have gone back to work outside the home and it doesn't leave much time for leisure.

We have a great friend who has a season pass to the Zoo and we were blessed to go with her on Saturday the 14 of March. It was so fun to get out and spend some time as a family, something we have not done in quite some time! We had not been to the Zoo since Eliza was about a year old, so it was good to be back there and get to see all the animals! The kids really enjoyed it and the weather was beautiful!!! I think it was the nicest weekend we've had in a while. It took some convincing to get Eliza to sit on the metallic animals....she was so sure they were real....she didn't want them to hurt her. We finally got her on and we snapped some cute pics!

We took a ride on the train!! Caidin is big into "too too trains" and we had to go for a ride. The whole time on the train, Caidin was wide eyed and it was so fun to see such wonder and amazement in the faces of the kids!! It is days like that one which make life a little more bearable.
