I told her a little walking never hurt anyone!!
Winning is not about headlines and hardware [medals]. It's only about attitude. A winner is a person who goes out today and every day and attempts to be the best runner and best person they can be! Winning is about struggle and effort and optimism, and never, ever, ever giving up.

Joy School
A couple of ladies in my ward invited me to be a part of their Joy School group! I was so excited and of course said yes! Now in addition to Liza being gone most of the day everyday, I will be without Kilee for 2 hours every Tuesday and Thursday!! Every 6 weeks any way, I'll take a turn teaching one week every 6 weeks. It was rather odd to only have the boys for a couple of hours. The house was quiet, there was no fighting or yelling. I miss my girls when they are gone, but at the same time it was kind of nice to be without for a while. Kilee was so excited she had to have a backpack, not that she really needs it, but she wanted it!! She made me pack her a snack, she wanted a full lunch, but I told her she would be home before lunch so she settled with a snack. She wanted to wear her dress and have a bow in her hair! She is so cute and I am so glad she will have the opportunity to get to know some kids her age and become more social.

She did really well! It didn't even faze her when I dropped her off. She went in and started playing with the other girls and boys!! There are 6 in the group and she knows 2 of the girls really well from church and the others we have seen around, so she was with familiar people. When we picked her up, she was still so excited and had had a great time!! She did tell me that next time we should drive, because walking takes "forevvvverrrrr"!!!!
