Winning is not about headlines and hardware [medals]. It's only about attitude. A winner is a person who goes out today and every day and attempts to be the best runner and best person they can be! Winning is about struggle and effort and optimism, and never, ever, ever giving up.

Marshall's Two Month Check-up

Marshall had his 2 month check up last week, so I thought I would share how well he is growing! He is 24 1/4 inches long, which puts him in the 90th percentile for his height. He weighed in at 12 pounds 10 ounces which put him in the 75th percentile for weight. He is still getting up once in the night to eat, we go to bed around 9 or 9:30 and he gets up between 3:30 and 4, so it is really not bad at all. He is still in my bedroom, which I am hoping to change here in the near future. We need to get him in Caidin's room so they can start getting use to each other.

Having four kids has not been easy, but it is starting to be fun!! Just today I was helping Liza learn her songs for the Primary Program, and all five of us were on the piano bench at one time. I had Marshall in a Sungli (front pack thingy), Caidin and Kilee were trying to sit on my lap and Liza was sitting next to me. It was crowded, but it was kind of cute at the same time! I guess maybe you had to be there!!

I would love to see a picture of all of you on the piano bench! I'm amazed that you could play. Sometimes I put Jack in a wrap too and play with Rocky by my side and it is nearly impossible. You are a true master pianist.
